Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
Both. Guilin Prime Household Products Co., Ltd. designs, builds and tests vacuum sealing machines in our own 15,000 m² facility in Guilin, and we also operate as a trading company. You order directly from the people who make the product — we are not a sourcing agent reselling someone else's goods.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We keep a low first-order MOQ so new buyers can start without overcommitting, then move to tiered wholesale pricing as volumes grow. Tell us the model and quantity you have in mind and we'll quote the exact tier that applies.
Do you offer OEM and ODM?
Yes. We run OEM and ODM programs across all five machine families — custom branding, packaging, colours, and product configurations are handled in-house, from mould tooling through assembly, testing and export.
What are your lead times?
Typical lead time is 15–30 days, depending on the model, the order quantity, and whether any custom OEM/ODM work is involved. We confirm a firm production schedule with your quote so you can plan your shipping window.
What warranty do the machines carry?
Every machine ships with a 12-month warranty. With 7 assembly and test lines and full in-house quality control, units are tested before they leave the factory — and our team supports you directly if anything needs attention.
Which certifications do your products hold?
Our machines and quality systems carry the certifications buyers and retailers ask for: CE, UL, ETL, CB, GS, FCC, RoHS, REACH, FDA, LFGB, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. We are also an Alibaba Verified Supplier. We can provide the relevant certificate for your target market with your quote.
What are your payment terms?
Terms depend on order size and whether custom tooling is involved — we'll set them out clearly in your quote. As a direct manufacturer we keep terms straightforward, and we're happy to discuss what works for your first order versus repeat volume.
Can I get samples, and how do you ship?
Yes — samples are available so you can evaluate build quality before committing to volume. We export to 56+ countries and arrange shipping to suit your destination and timeline. Share your location and target quantity and we'll include freight options in the quote.
